Since relationships are built on trust and trust begins with honesty, let's kick this conversation off with something painfully real: Nobody wants to read your copy—or mine—or anybody's copy.  In fact, you're aleady getting tired of reading this—and we're only two sentences in.

1) Download and read a two-page PDF

2) Watch a two-minute explainer video

 

Do I even have to ask which one you picked? With that said, why do so few companies use web videos to explain what they do? Once you've hooked customers with music, action, narration and key messages, they're more inclined to read your copy, download a brochure, or schedule a sales call.
